U15 Rugby 2017 18Many, many  congratulations to our U15 Rugby team who beat Akeley Wood School 5-0 in the semi-final of the Bucks Schools Rugby County Cup. The game was played at Emerson Valley Sports Ground in very muddy conditions and horrible wet weather.

The only try of the game came from Freddie Reynolds in the first half of the game, which was entirely dominated by Walton High.

Nick Duff played outstandingly well, putting in tackles of immense physicality and was nominated as both Manager’s player and Players’ Player.

We are yet to find out who, when and where Walton High will play, but the team are very proud and excited to have got to the final of the Rugby County Cup, which is a first for Walton High.

The team and Mr Harris are pictured at the start of the year.

This has been a season which has already seen them win the MK Schools YR10 Rugby Tournament. This additional achievement is the icing on the cake for them.
