Students at both campuses have been involved in commemorating the WW1 Centenary.
Every student at Walton High from was given the opportunity to create a poppy for remembrance, either for those who perished in the conflict or for someone close to them.
At least ninety students volunteered after school to help put the displays together. We cannot thank them enough and would like to say how very proud we are.
Miss Crummy, Miss Keiller and the Art department worked tirelessly to produce the amazing installation with each poppy was handmade by students.
Key Stage 3 Drama students prepared poems to perform at lunchtime and work from Year 6 students at Heronsgate is displayed in Student Services.
The levels of enthusiasm shown by students has been fantastic. A big thank you to everyone involved!
