  • Recommended Bronze, Silver and Gold targets for each challenge for KS3, KS4, parents and staff.
  • Links to record your results via Microsoft Forms.

All results submitted via this page will add points towards your House total. 

  • Bronze - 1 points
  • Silver - 3 points
  • Gold - 5 points

At the end of each week each House will be awarded the following points for each challenge:

  • 1st place - 1000 points
  • 2nd place - 750 points
  • 3rd place - 500 points
  • 4th place - 250 points

Therefore the more people in your house that enter the better the chance your house has of winning!

Challenge 1 - Speed Bounce

Challenge 2 - Legs of Steel

Top tip: Make sure you hips, knees and ankle make a 90 degree angle or your attempt will not count! 

Challenge 3 - Take the Plank

Perform a plank for as long as you can as demonstrated by Mr Cowie.

Top tip: Ensure your back and legs are straight and your head is looking down or slightly forwards towards your hands.
