Challenge 7 - 'Are you fast enough?' with Miss South

Using chalk, paper or paper plates, create a 3 x 3 grid on a wall. Find 4 different items and assemble them in a square on the floor by the wall. You must touch the correct numbers on the wall and the items on the floor as called out by a family member. The challenge will last for 3 minutes and you aim is to get as many points as possible.

1st minute = 1 point for each number and item touched correctly. 

2nd minute = 1 point for 2 numbers and 2 items touched correctly.

3rd minute = 1 point for 3 numbers and 3 items touched correctly.

Challenge 8 - Keep Balancing with Mrs Watson-Green

Balance for as long as you can in the Standing Stork position as demonstrated by Mrs Watson-Green.

Top tip: Look at a stationary object to help you to keep your balance and remember to stand on your tip toes!

Challenge 9 - Keep Crunching with Mrs Mather

Perform as many sit-ups as you can in one minute as demonstrated by Mrs Mather.
