Challenge 4 - Keep It Up with Mr Eyre

Perform as many ball kick-ups as you can without the ball touching the floor as demonstrated by Mr Eyre.

Top tip: Use the 'laces' for control and keep your eye on the ball at all times 


  1. To make it harder can you do alternate feet?
  2. To make it easier you can let the ball bounce in between.
  3. If you have a goal in your garden/house can you end with a cold finish like Mr Eyre?

Challenge 5 - Bullseye with Mr Chapman

Choose 1 of the 3 challenges to complete activities based upon the equipment they have. Your target must be 5m away. You have 20 attempts to get the ball into your target as many times as you can.

Top tip: Focus on finding the correct amount of power to get the ball into the target. 


Challenge 6 - Fast and Furious 1km with Mr Gibbons

Run 1km as fast as you can in your garden or outside your house (with parental permission) as explained by Mr Gibbons.

Capture and upload a screenshot from your tracking app to show the distance and time for extra points.
